Order Processing & Fulfilment
All items are made to order. Once you place an order, it is sent to my fulfilment partner, Printful, where your item is printed and prepared for shipping.

Free Standard Shipping
Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Where Orders Are Shipped From
Printful operates fulfilment centres in the UK, EU, and USA. Your order will be produced and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Order Cancellation & Modification

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request changes or cancellations.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

Wyvernsmasher is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbours or household members.

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Contact the carrier for delivery details or proof of delivery.

If the carrier confirms non‑delivery, provide the documentation and I’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
International Orders
Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in product prices and must be paid by the customer. Wyvernsmasher is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
