ORDER HELP

 If you’re having trouble with your order, this page should help you find what you need. All items are printed and shipped by my production partner, Printful, and you’ll receive updates as your order moves through each stage.  

Order Status

Order Confirmed

Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. This means it has been sent to Printful for production. 

Order in Production

Your item is being printed, packed, and prepared for shipping. This usually takes a few days. 

Order Shipped

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with: 
  • A shipping confirmation
     
  • Your tracking number
     
  • A link to follow your package 
You can use your tracking code on the carrier’s website anytime.  
Didn’t Receive Your Emails?
Sometimes emails land in spam or promotions folders. If you still can’t find them, feel free to reach out and I’ll resend your order details. 
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Because each item is made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to update something, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help. 
Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, let me know. Printful will replace or fix the issue once I submit a report for you. 
Please include: 
  • Your order number
     
  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)
     
  • A short description of the problem 
I’ll take care of the rest. 
Tracking Not Updating
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipping. If it hasn’t moved for a while, it’s usually a carrier delay — but you can always contact me and I’ll check on it for you.
