Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy All items are made to order through my production partner. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, I’m here to help. Below is everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number
-
A photo of the issue
-
A short description of what happened
I’ll work with my production partner to replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, reach out and I’ll look into it. If the carrier confirms it’s lost, I’ll arrange a replacement.
Change of Mind Because each item is printed on demand, I’m not able to accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse
Please check the size guide before ordering to make sure you get the best fit.
Exchanges Exchanges follow the same rules as returns. I can only replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you need a different size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order.
Refunds Refunds are issued for:

Lost packages
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
