Refund policy

All items are made to order through my production partner. Because each product is printed specifically for you, I’m only able to offer refunds or replacements in certain situations. 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. 
Include: 
  • Your order number
     
  • A photo of the issue
     
  • A short description of what happened 
I’ll work with my production partner to replace the item or issue a refund. 
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, reach out and I’ll look into it. If the carrier confirms it’s lost, I’ll arrange a replacement. 
Non‑Returnable Items 
Because each item is printed on demand, I’m not able to accept returns for: 
  • Wrong size ordered
     
  • Change of mind
     
  • Buyer’s remorse 
Please check the size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
 
Gift cards and sale items are also non‑returnable. 
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same rules as returns, I can only replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you need a different size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order. 
Refunds
Refunds are issued for: 
  • Damaged items
     
  • Incorrect items
     
  • Lost packages 
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies only to unused items in their original condition and packaging. Custom‑printed items may be exempt from this right depending on local regulations.
