Yes. Wyvernsmasher.store ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your region and will be shown at checkout.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status through your account page.

  • My tracking number isn’t updating?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. This is normal during carrier transitions. If it hasn’t updated after 3 days, contact support.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us photos within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

  • Do you hold inventory?

We don’t keep large amounts of stock. Each item is made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful. This ensures fresh production, reduces waste, and allows us to offer a wider range of designs.

  • Who prints and ships my order?

Your order is printed, packed, and shipped by Printful, a trusted print‑on‑demand production company with fulfilment centres worldwide. We work closely with them to ensure quality and reliability.

  • Are you a dropshipping store?

No. All artwork is created by us, and every product is made to order using a professional production partner. We do not resell generic products — each item features our original designs.

  • Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?
